Refund policy

DIGITAL GOODS 


Once you make a purchase, you gain permanent access to the digital goods, which cannot be revoked or taken away from you. As such, we do not offer refunds for digital goods, with the exception of duplicate purchases or situations where the course completion does not meet reasonable expectations. Please review the following sections for more details.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

We offer a full refund for any digital items purchased in error, such as accidental duplicate purchases. To request a refund for an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

Program Completion Refunds

For all improvement programs, including the 7 Months of Improvement Challenge, A Topic a Week Challenge, and IN2D Animation Challenge, we do not offer refunds unless you have completed the program entirely and are unsatisfied with the results. To be eligible for a refund under these circumstances, complete the entire program, including all assignments, and provide examples

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • For digital items purchased in error (aka duplicate purchase), request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • For refunds based on program completion, provide examples of your completed assignments for all months
  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Brushes and short tutorials
  • Digital items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Digital items purchased in error, but not reported within 30 days of purchase

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@aalmaluar.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that you have violated any of our terms of service.

PHYSICAL GOODS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
